Charlevoix Area Guide

We are thrilled with the success of our combined Charlevoix Guide. This all-inclusive annual magazine showcases the combined efforts of the Charlevoix Area Chamber of Commerce and Visit Charlevoix, resulting in a piece for community members, visitors, future residents and businesses. We are excited about the magazine’s success and this continued collaboration.

The 2026 Charlevoix Guide will again showcase Charlevoix’s desirable quality of life, year-round visitor amenities, as well as outstanding opportunities for future residents and business owners. As a joint publication, we provide increased distribution, decreased publication costs for both organizations resulting in better advertising rates, and increased communication among community members. A win-win-win!

The Charlevoix Guide contains a minimum of 60 pages filled with stories, visitor information, community details, Chamber member listings and advertising. Its design, content and distribution make it easy to notice, convenient to pick up, and hard to put down. Moreover, its impact is felt far beyond the region.

Distribution for 2026 magazines will reach area businesses, residents and visitors through strategic distribution avenues:

• Direct mail of 10,000 to Pure Michigan inquiries, website and phone requests, and reader service cards from Midwest Living and Long Weekends magazines.
• Over 10,000 to MDOT Welcome Centers, strategic Ohio rest areas, strategic AAA offices
• West Michigan Tourist Association (WMTA), Travel tradeshow distribution
• Strategic direct mail campaign to key Michigan regions
• Nearly 15,000 regional distribution to businesses, hotels, restaurants and more
