We are looking for a responsible student for the summer to do yard work, some household chores and errands in out downtown lakefront Charlevoix home. First and foremost, the person we are looking for should excel at customer service. They should be able to train staff to have superb customer service and make sure that customers leave the restaurant happy. This person must be willing to work in the front of the house as well as the back. This person must have leadership skills and 5 years experience in the restaurant business (not necessarily in management). Duties include assisting with owner in ordering inventory, scheduling, marketing, hiring and firing, banking, and dealing with disgruntled customers. The person we are looking for must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Salary is based on experience.
